Month in Review via Instagram

I'm addicted to Instagram.  Here's what February looked like.

Bruce's birthday cake from Baskin Robbins.  Mint chip inside.

A little bird told me that Kamehameha Bakery has poi donuts that are to die for.  We were there at 3 am and waited till almost 4 am for them to come out of the oven.

Birthday cupcakes from Lyla's birthday.  Yummy with Angry Birds and Totoro all over.

Bear's 9th birthday.  She's sporting some Tarina Tarantino bling for the special day.

Puppy madness.

Hope you had a fabulous February.  I'm so looking forward to March!

Lunch at Bella Mia

Finally had a chance to check out Bella Mia Pizzeria, the cute restaurant that looks like a house on Beretania St. (right before Los Chaparros). We got there around 12 pm and there was a lot of parking. The seating on their lanai is casual, cool, and clean.

Had the eggplant parmigiana which was huge and will also be eaten for dinner tonight.

Bruce had the sausage sub, which was a little messy but again, HUGE.

Can't forget the FREE bread balls.

Overall, a fun casual place for lunch or dinner. Service was fast and friendly!

Busy weekend...

Strawberries & cream waffles at Pancakes & Waffles in Kalihi. Yum! We went there 2 days in a row. Had a good vegetarian omelette on Friday. The service was fast!

Spent time with the family outdoors...

Topshop sweater and forever 21 necklace.

Hope you had a fabulous weekend!

Dinner at Gazen

Kay has been telling us about Gazen for a while. We finally got a chance to go with her last night. They are known for their tofu. We had the tofu sampler and it was delicious. We also had a salad, salmon, gizzards, steak, & unagi sushi. All super good! If you go, have a few Hi-drinks and the the sweet potato mochi with Earl Grey sauce and ice cream for dessert.

The service is fast and friendly. The ambiance is chill and quiet enough to have a nice conversation.

Sorry there isn't more pics but I was really busy eating. Gazen is located near Market City on Kapiolani. There are more Gazen restaurants in Tokyo. Happy Friday!
