Friday night was date night

We had a yummy dinner at Kit n Kitchen.  I got my usual Seafood Connection with spaghetti and tomato sauce.  This is a great place for pasta, pizza, and soups. 



Just around the corner from Kit n Kitchen is Frostcity.  If you love milk tea, you'll love the milk tea flavored dessert.  Yum!



Then it was off to the latest Ryan Gosling movie.  Good acting.  No explosions or robots.

Frostcity Deliciousness

We kicked off the weekend by FINALLY making it to Frostcity. I had seen so many yummy looking pictures on Instagram that I had to try it for myself. It's like a cross between ice cream and shave ice. They made my chocolate plate look so pretty with a cookie, mochi, boba, and fruit. It was delicious and you eat it with the tiniest, daintiest spoon.


Bruce had haupia. I thought it was yummy, too. Bruce liked the stronger chocolate flavor. It actually tasted really good mixed with the chocolate.


Great service, clean shop, and beautiful looking desserts. Great for a light, sweet treat anytime.
